1. Nature of the Service

Rate My Plan provides general commentary and review of architectural floor plans submitted by users. All reviews, ratings, and feedback are subjective opinions only, provided for informational and educational purposes.

The Service does not constitute architectural, engineering, design, or construction advice, and you should not rely on it for any financial, design, or construction decisions.

2. No Professional Relationship

3. Refunds and Service Delivery

  • We aim to deliver all plan reviews within four (4) weeks of receiving your submission and payment.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to complete your review within this timeframe, you may contact us to request a refund.

  • Refunds are only provided at our discretion, and only where we determine that the delay was unreasonable and caused by our own failure to deliver the review.

  • Except as required under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), no other refunds or cancellations will be offered once a review has been commenced or delivered.
